If you haven't been by, then this Saturday, Jan. 28, is the time go. In addition to their usual stock, Blue Sky will now carry 16 different kinds of salt from countries around the world, and they want you to come appreciate and celebrate Chapel Hill's introduction to real flavor. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. there will be champagne, house recipe sangria and food prepared by Blue Sky chefs, Suzie Keenan and Doreen Ross.
Finally, there will also a 10% discount on all purchases, so you can take the one you taste with a little less guilt.
