    Join Chapel Hill firefighters as they show how Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) are used in fire departments. Learn about their gear, equipment they carry, & different ways they put out fires. Hands-on stations include building a smoke alarm plus some surprises. Weather permitting, activities will be held both inside & outside.

    Anna is an Advertising and Hispanic Studies double major at UNC-Chapel Hill. Growing up in Durham and living in Chapel Hill, she's been able to experience the best of both towns. She loves traveling and UNC Basketball so much, she planned her study abroad in Spain next fall around basketball season.
