Travel through Italy’s top five olive oil producing regions with a five-course dinner that presents the uniqueness of each region and its native oil. Featuring Liguria, Tuscany, Sicily, Apuglia and Gennaro’s home region of Umbria, Chef Diggs will match the soul of each oil with its respective course while Gennaro shares his immense knowledge about one of Italy’s most cherished ingredients.
