Mark your calendar to come learn more about our scientifically proven workout at our free open house event on Saturday, Aug. 1 from 2 to 5 p.m. at all Triangle Orangetheory Fitness studios. At this event, you can tour your local studio, learn more about the science behind the workout, and meet the Orange team as well as fellow members! We will simultaneously be holding a rowing clinic for current Orangetheory Fitness members, but all guests are welcome to listen in and learn tips for how to perfect your rowing posture and technique. We will also host local businesses in each studio that will offer free samples, special discounts and more! The free open houses on Aug. 1 from 2-5 p.m. will take place at all four Triangle studio locations in Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Holly Springs and North Raleigh. The North Raleigh studio in Falls Village off Falls of Neuse Rd. will open soon. Those who are interested can come by the studio’s pre-sale location next to T.J. Maxx to get a sneak preview of the new studio in development as well as learn more about the Orange Effect and limited-time only membership discounts for first time members. You can be any fitness level to enjoy and benefit from Orangetheory Fitness classes. Whether you’re just a beginner or already a seasoned athlete – it doesn’t matter; we cater to all shapes, ages, sizes and fitness levels!
