Feb 7 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

We’re doing a Sweetheart Social with Gluten-Free Queen Hadassah Patterson! Save the date for the Tuesday before Valentines Day! We’ll have great music, perfect wine and amazing food that happens to be gluten-free! This is a mixer – so don’t feel obligated to bring a date, singles and couples are welcome. But you can save some (gluten free) dough if you bring a friend! Here’s the menu:

Red wine and pink bubbly 🙂

Chili and Chocolate-Rubbed Beef Brisket

Multi-color Roasted Pepper Salad with Herbed Vinaigrette (Vegan)

Sausage / Pizza Rolls with GF crust (includes veg option – contains dairy)

Charcuterie Platter, Cheese Platter, Assorted Dips, Crackers and Scratch Flats – Our housemade GF Flatbread

Seasonal Market Veggies

GF Chocolate and Dipped Fruit / Cookie Platter: We’ll do a hands-on chocolate-dipping demo for dessert … What’s more romantic than food dipped in chocolate?

Anyone with questions or multiple sensitivities, please email Hadassah directly at writeztuff97@gmail.com before sign up!

We look forward to making some great memories together!
Please spread the word to those you know! ♥

Chapel Hill – Carrboro Holiday Parade @ Downtown Chapel Hill
Dec 9 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

The Chapel Hill – Carrboro Holiday Parade will take place from 10am – 12noon on Saturday, Dec 9, 2017
A favorite Chapel Hill tradition, the annual parade showcases the rich diversity of our community. From marching bands to business leaders, youth groups, and creatively decorated floats, this event puts everyone in a festive mood. At 10am, the parade begins in front of Morehead Planetarium and progresses through Chapel Hill on Franklin Street, ending around noon at the Carrboro Town Hall. Music, live interviews, and commentators will be broadcast both on television and by live public address on the street. Don’t miss the elves, reindeer, candy canes and of course, Santa Claus riding his sleigh!
