The rules are simple: You must use the theme ingredient in your brew (CHOCOLATE). One entry per person – pick your style. A $5 entry fee is required with your entry form and three 12 oz. bottles of your homebrew. Be sure your recipe is included with your entry. The second page of the entry form has three bottle identification tags. These should be securely attached to your submitted bottles (with tape, rubberband, use your imagination). Entries without these forms securely attached, will not be judged. Submission deadline: Feb. 4, 2013. Official judging and Beer Extravaganza will be held on Friday, Feb. 8. The winners will be announced at 7pm.
