The Kenny George Band at Johnny’s @ Johnny's Gone Fishing
Aug 17 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

When you take genuine songwriting and stellar musicianship, then wrap it within the folds of the South, you might just end up on a musical journey led by the Kenny George Band. Carving themselves out of similar patterns of work, such as the likes of Ryan Adams and Jason Isbell, with a repertoire for strong songwriting ability, KGB played around 150 full band shows in 2015. With solid footing, KGB has found themselves sharing the bill with such mainstream artists as Rascal Flatts, Montgomery Gentry and American Aquarium.

Mike Rodgers at Johnny’s @ Johnny's Gone Fishing
Sep 10 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

We are so happy to welcome Nashville recording artist and Pennsylvania native, Mike Rodgers. After a breakdown of his tour vehicle kept him away from us in July, he’s coming to showcase his talent as a one man band – blending styles of pop/rock from the 90s and the pop/rock mix of country music.

Constellation at Johnny’s @ Johnny's Gone Fishing
Sep 30 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Constellation is the duo consisting of the husband and wife team, Eric Thomas and Helen Wolfson. Together they play a mix of contemporary and traditional folk instrumentals along with a generous sampling of their original songs and instrumentals. The occasional country or blues tune might get thrown into the mix to make for a musically diverse and enjoyable show.

Rob Williams at Johnny’s @ Johnny's Gone Fishing
Oct 1 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Rob Williams’ unique sound and style combines 90’s rock with alt-country and Americana influences. As front man of the now defunct indie rock band, Joe Buck, Jr., Williams made a name for himself as a songwriter and performer in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia. His new album blends hard-hitting acoustic roots rock, with a touch of North Texas-style rock and roll. Tune in to see this songwriting phenomenon.
