FIRST COURSE:

WOOD FIRE GRILLED QUAIL with succulent garden grapes and red wine reduction

• Costa Lazaridi “Amethystos” White (Assyrtiko, Sauvignon Blanc) – Drama
Peach, citrus & tropical fruits on the nose leading into tropical fruits on the palate with just enough acidity to balance.

SECOND COURSE:

ANCIENT GRAINS & ROOT VEGETABLES spring medley of barley, quinoa, mixed greens, grilled carrots, fennel, cranberries, pepitas, & vinaigrette dressing

• Domaine Lantides Agiorgitiko (100% Agiorgitiko) – Nemea
Aromatic dominant spices of cinnamon, cloves, and pepper. Stone fruits such as cherries and dried plums on the palate, with an intriguing finish provided by it’s ageing in oak for 14 months.

THIRD COURSE:

SAVORY BEEF SHORT RIB complex & rich slow cooked flavors complemented by a wine tomato essence

• Katogi Averoff (Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko) – Macedonia
A complex red with deep, attractive highlights. A distinctive bouquet arises from a balanced blend of the various fragrances with that of the oak. In the mouth, a soft fullness accompanies the rich aromatic qualities provided by the varieties and a long maturation in barrels at low, stable temperatures.

FOURTH COURSE:

MANOURI CHEESECAKE our signature sweet manouri cheese, balanced by a graham cracker crust, finished with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey

• Nico Lazaridi Rose (Grenache Rouge, Cabernet Franc) – Adriani
Electric pink color with violet hues. With a pleasant nose of mango, peach and some hints of rose. Medium body in the mouth with a refreshing acidity reminiscent of strawberry. Gentle with a long caramel aftertaste.
