Our Latest Obsessions: Cider, Bagels and Vintage Jewelry

This week, we attended TerraVita, shopped a new store and had a throwback bagel on UNC's campus

We’re always doing a little bit of everything around town these days. Click through our photos to see what we’ve been up to recently!

The EddyAndrea enjoyed plenty of great bites at TerraVita, including a monkfish liver mousse from The Eddy.

J. McLaughlin

Chapel Hillians have a new place to shop now that J. McLaughlin opened a store in Meadowmont Village. Jessica and Melissa checked out all the women’s and men’s fashions and even spotted some Carolina blue items.

Sarah stopped by the re-opening of the vintage jewelry shop just off the corner of Margaret and Churton in Hillsborough. Here, Hillsborough resident and owner Lindsley Bowen toasts with Prosecco.

Alpine Bagel

You’re never too old for Alpine – Jessica and Amanda revisited one of their favorite spots on UNC’s campus and got bagel sandwiches for lunch.

Orange County Social Club

Spotted in the November issue of Travel + Leisure — a shoutout from Mac McCaughan to two Carrboro spots: Orange County Social Club and Cat’s Cradle.

Jessica is the Executive Editor for Chapel Hill Magazine. As a 2010 grad of UNC, she's happy to be back in town writing, editing and eating around the Triangle.
