You’ve heard of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, but I bet you haven’t heard of Rudolph the Red-Tick Coonhound! I’m a super sweet, handsome, big boy, and my friends say I’m a 4-year-old puppy (I think I’m a lap dog). I’m very food-motivated and eager to learn new things, especially if it means I get yummy treats afterward. I can transition easily from running around to crawling into your lap for cuddles. I’d love to find my forever home with someone that will take me for hikes so I can find all the interesting scents. I have a spot on my side that looks like a heart, and I have an even bigger heart for you. Come meet me today!

The adoption fee for dogs & puppies is $180 and includes: spay/neuter, microchip, deworming, vaccinations (to date), heartworm testing, basic life skills training classes, and follow-up support.

Paws4ever, located at 6311 Nicks Road in Mebane, is dedicated to creating and growing lifetime relationships between pets and people through adoption, training, education & care. The Paws4ever Adoption Center is open to the public Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 5:30pm. For more information, visit paws4ever.org or call 919-241-8438 extension 103.
