Adopted! Wheaties

Every other week, Chapel Hill Magazine features an adoptable animal from Paws4Ever.

Hi, I’m Wheaties! I’m a little nervous at first, but once you start petting me I come out of my hiding spot and want all the attention. I love having my head and chin scratched and am quite affectionate once I get to know you. I’m pretty quiet and don’t really meow or even purr, and when I do, it’s very faint. I’m learning how to play with toys and so far enjoy the wand toys with feathers. I’d love to find my forever home with someone quiet like me that will give me time to come out of my shell and also give me lots of cuddles.

The adoption fee for cats and kittens is $120. The cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on yearly vaccines, rabies, monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives, FIV/FeLV tests for cats/kittens, deworming, and microchips.

Paws4ever, located at 6311 Nicks Road in Mebane, is dedicated to creating and growing lifetime relationships between pets and people through adoption, training, education & care. The Paws4ever Adoption Center is open to the public Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 5:30pm. For more information, visit paws4ever.org or call 919-241-8438 extension 103.
