Adopt a Pet – Nate

Every other week, Chapel Hill Magazine features an adoptable animal from Orange County Animal Services.

Nate (A184932) is a 4-year-old furry ball of love. He always wants attention and he is such a handsome little man. He’s been at the shelter for almost 3 months and no one understands why a lucky human hasn’t snatched him up. He is the best! Please stop by and visit him today.

The adoption fee for cats and kittens includes the following services: spaying/neutering, deworming, microchipping, vaccinations and feline leukemia testing.

Orange County Animal Services is responsible for Animal Sheltering and Animal Control activities within Orange County.  Its mission is to meet the needs of residents by working with volunteers and other partners to deliver cost-effective and integrated services that ensure the health, safety and well-being of humans, pets, and the community as a whole. The Animal Services Center is open to the public Monday, Wednesday and Friday from noon – 6 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday from noon – 7:30 p.m.; and Saturday from noon – 5 p.m.  For more information, visit orangecountync.gov/departments/animalservices or call 919-942-PETS (7387).
