Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything else that will help you to lay down or sit comfortably on the floor and relax. We start with a short breathing exercise (pranayma), which helps you start to feel comfortable and more relaxed. Then you will be surrounded by sound of five gongs. After few minutes you will enter a meditative state and your own inner experience. The sound of gong penetrates, cleans, invigorates, rejuvenates, and connects you to your soul, your highest infinite self. Discover what will be yours. There will be time after the session to allow you to slowly come back to the present moment and fully awaken. I have some extra bolsters, yoga mats and sheep skins in case you forget to bring your own. I have a cat named Vera who loves gongs, too! She usually leaves the room when I start to play, but reappears at the end of the session to give her greetings and share the good energy.
