Jillian Goldberg shares images of ancient architectural forms of domes and archways found in Middle Eastern architecture. Rich surface textures and saturated colors create strong, vibrant work. She is joined by other local artists including Sharon Barnes, Kevin Flynn Bell, Debi Drew, David Knox, Ray LaMantia, Nancy Ellen Walker, and Barbara Younger, contributing work related to old walls and the communities and cultures they sheltered.
The show is ongoing through July 22. Also available will be paintings, photographs, stained glass, polymer clay and ceramic figures, jewelry, fiber arts and small gift items by local artists. Light refreshments and a children’s puppet show will be offered during the art walk. Free children’s art activities are also always available during gallery open hours.
