We are thrilled to announce that this October we will be partnering up with Component Wine Company for our second 5 course food & wine journey of 2018. Founded in 2016 by Michael Kennedy, Component is a new-generation winery breaking down the walls of hundreds years of wine blending tradition by offering wine lovers a better understanding of the wines they love. Featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, Business Insider, Food & Wine, and Entrepreneur, we are honored to bring Component’s incredible wines & founder to the Triangle.
All Component wines are made of a single varietal in Napa Valley, California and Bordeaux, France. Founder Michael Kennedy, who made Forbes Magazine‘s“30 under 30” for 2017, will personally lead us through his selections. For this dinner Michael will focus on his Napa wines: Semillon, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. To accompany each Component selection, Executive Chef Kevin Draper will curate a symphony of Bin 54 flavors to match.
