Yoga Therapist, Nina Be, shares powerful practices she has offered to thousands of people who experience distress, loneliness or dis-ease. These ancient tools have proven to be highly effective in calming the various natural ways we might react in a stressful world. Facilitator Nina Be is honored and deeply grateful to be able to support greater understanding and compassion with these practices.
Various Sutras will be discussed during this training, including (but not limited to) Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga, the Anapanasati Sutra (Breath Mindfulness Discourse), and the Noble Eightfold Path.
