Faithful to Italian tradition, Gabe embraces the principle that “less is more,” allowing the hard work of our artisan growers and suppliers to shine through in his food. We do wine pairings with the food we cook and a couple of glasses are included in the price. This is more than just a cooking class – it’s an adventure.
