Join us for an evening to play in the energy of the Virgo Full Moon and find more clarity through open expression.
Through asana, meditation, active listening and chanting, we will be exploring the themes of Virgo and the throat chakra so we can become better able to express ourselves which will nurture more meaningful connections.
See and be seen.
Please show up 15 minutes early so we can start on time.
This workshop is by donation, with a suggested love offering of $10-15 per person. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. 100% of proceeds will go to Compass Center, a non-profit in Chapel Hill that helps individuals and families build stable lives by increasing self-sufficiency and preventing domestic violence.
