Orangetheory Fitness is a unique group workout broken into intervals of cardio and strength training. Participants in each hour-long class wear heart rate monitors while working out to keep heart rates in a target zone that ignites metabolism, increases energy, and accelerates weight loss. The result is the Orange Effect – more energy, visible toning and extra calorie burn for up to 36 hours post-workout. Participants can burn up to 1,000 calories per class and lose up to eight pounds per week. The workout is a favorite among several professional athletes, celebrities and more!
