    The MindBody Centering Yoga Series is a sophisticated approach to making yoga accessible to everyone. It incorporates the deep wisdom of Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha/Raja Yoga techniques as well as psychology, mindfulness and accurate embodied anatomy.

    During this workshop we will cover over 45 asanas in a flow, which will include basic to advanced levels of practice. Hands on assists will be covered to expand a students understanding of embodiment as opposed to force. Nina Be and Bridget Crawford will offer tips and tools for:

    -How to create an asana sequence for yourself or others
    -How to use the 8 Limbs of Yoga in asana practice
    -How to use language that inspires yourself & others to do their best rather than compete
    -How to cue from accurate anatomy to foster quick improvements
    -Creating options for injury prevention for yourself and others
