Slow down and tune in during an intentional day of coming back home to your heart and body through yoga and self care. We’ll spend a relaxing day at the peaceful New Hope Camp and Conference Center in Chapel Hill, close to home yet away from it all.
We’ll focus on the beauty of slowing down and reconnecting with your body and whole self with compassion, intuition, and curiosity. Restore your body through gentle yoga and guided relaxation.
Let your inner critic off duty and tap into your intuition through visualization and reflective writing. Feel peaceful as you walk the labyrinth, journal under the trees, and ponder over a cup of tea.
Enjoy a balance of guided, beginner-friendly mindfulness and self care practices, and unstructured time to enjoy being in nature and relaxing in the lodge.
If the sun is shining, we’ll practice yoga and meditation outdoors, in the lovely fall weather.
