Each course, created by two-time James Beard Semifinalist for Best Chef Southeast Executive Chef Steven Greene, is paired with one of Trophy’s creative craft beers—including Cloud Surfer IPA, Pineapple Now & Laters New England IPA, Wizard of Finance Berlinerweisse with lychee and local lemongrass, Milky Way salted caramel sweet stout and Heavyweight Champ bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout.
