Come take a walk with us!
You! We encourage people with arthritis because that’s who we are, but we’re delighted to walk with anyone who is interested. Walking with you are UNC physicians, staff, family and friends (the four-legged ones, too) on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
1 mile or less
How much time?
Whatever time it takes! Walk at your own pace, however slow or fast that is. Outside on most days; inside when it’s raining, freezing, or otherwise just too ugly to be outside.
Why? To take an active role in your health and well-being. Meet others in your community and encourage healthy physical activity in people of all ages.
