Instantly Healthy Cooking – Learn to cook healthy flavorful vegan meals using Instant Pot @ A Home

Learn how to make healthy meals using unprocessed plant foods as the key ingredients, Indian spices as the key flavors using the instant pot as the key cooking tool. Learn basics of instant pot cooking including initial set up and how to use various settings. All recipes are oil, meat, dairy and gluten free. Here’s what the experience will include: * Instant Pot- lentil soup, chana masala, quinoa and tofu with vegetables. *How to make your own soy yogurt in instant pot and give you some starter to take home. *We will end the meal with a healthy dessert like Tofu chocolate mousse. *We will also do a mindfulness meditation practice at the beginning of cooking and eating.
