Lisette L. @ Dovecote Style
Sep 29 @ 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

For over a decade, Lisette L has been designing women’s pants with a purpose: crafting that perfect fit for all women and all body types. The origin of Lisette L Montreal came from Lisette Limoges’ desire to create a fashion line for women where fit came first. “Of course we wanted to make sure we were creating styles that were on-trend, but we wanted pants that fit right,” says Limoges. “I believe we have created a line that fits women of all ages and lifestyles.”
Lisette L pants are known to flatter women of every body type, shape and size with a tummy control mesh on the inside that hugs and shapes. Having been featured in fashion publications from Town & Country, to Elle, to Harper’s Bazaar, join us this weekend and find out what the buzz is about. This is the original pant line that changed everything and set a new standard in terms of “perfect fit.” We are so excited to welcome Guy Bailey and Lisette L Montreal to Dovecote!

NFP Studio @ Dovecote Style
Oct 6 @ 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

We love clever, and I find it impossible to talk about this intriguing line without “clever” coming to mind! NFP (New Form Perspective) fosters the concept of transition, transformation and evolution. Designer Gail Travis has designed a collection of smart geometric shapes and styles that are of the moment but not bound by time. Each piece has the ability to link, layer, fold, snap, shift or connect, creating a platform for personal expression – ultimately encouraging each individual’s “new form and perspective.” No one demonstrates  this collection quite like Gail, so join us this weekend and watch her explore the world of possibilities within this fabulous collection!
Designer Gail Travis resides in Beacon, NY, where she works out of her flagship storefront/studio located on Main Street. After working in the high-end fashion world in NYC for the past 10 years for companies such as Calvin Klein and Vera Wang, she has fatefully been guided to design her own brand free from mainstream trends. Her collection is inspired by her surroundings, personal interactions, experience of movement, and architecture and sculpture. Ultimately these inspirations morph into the modular, building-block nature of her designs.

Margo Petitti @ Dovecote Style
Oct 27 @ 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Margo Petitti, Inc. was founded in 2009 from an array of menswear swatches on a sewing table in Providence’s historic College Hill. Margo handmade her first patchwork style scarf from cloth that she clipped from swatch books that a local tailor shop was discarding. She designed the scarf on the floor of her room and stitched it for her father for Christmas. He received many compliments and she received many requests. After that Christmas, Margo took a leave of absence from the Rhode Island School of Design, where she had been working toward an MLA, to launch her venture.
Margo’s collection of scarves, neckwear, pocket squares, caps, pillows and throws marry glen plaids, herringbone, houndstooth and birdseye weaves into one of a kind accessories. She manufactures in Fall River, Massachusetts and Italy, from the finest Italian woolens, silks and cashmeres. Truly a gift of elegance.

Paris West Heritage @ Dovecote Style
Nov 23 @ 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Bria Bergman and Jessica Casper were first introduced while working at a fashion startup that made jewelry from seeds – and from there a path to business partners grew. After years spent designing, collaborating and transforming the lives of craftsmen and their communities abroad, the two agreed: it was time to bring it back home. So in 2015, Bria and Jess launched Paris West Heritage.
Paris West uses sustainably sourced premium baby alpaca fiber as it has the lowest micron count in the alpaca family resulting in accessories knit with a softer hand and more comfortable wear. The hollow core of alpaca fiber affords it great versatility. It allows heat to escape while providing insulation from the cold, wicks moisture and is hypoallergenic. Due to its longer fiber, alpaca will not pill so you can be sure your accessories will look their best year after year.
We fell in love with the classic, understated elegance of their products. Organic in feel and coloration, their wraps are the perfect weight to be enjoyed year round. Handsewn detailing gives an heirloom quality to their collection and makes everything feel so special. Their gorgeous scarves are suitable for men and women and would make luxurious gifts for those hard-to-shop-for people on your list this holiday season. And Paris West baby blankets are the perfect way to say “welcome-to-the-world, little one” – a gift for a lifetime.
