Neyers Wine Dinner @ Bin 54 Steak & Cellar
Jan 10 @ 6:30 pm

Save the date for our first wine dinner of 2018! Join us this January for a 6-course journey through Neyers vineyards in the Sage Canyon. Founded in 1992 by Bruce & Barbara Neyers, Neyers Vineyard sits in the heart of the Napa Valley. Bruce takes inspiration from French techniques who farm organically, make their wines naturally without use of cultured yeast, and bottle their wines without fining or filtration. To accompany each Neyers selection, Executive Chef Kevin Draper will curate Bin 54 flavors to match. Come shake off the post holiday blues with us at 6:30pm on Wednesday, January 10th in the beautiful Bin 54 Solarium. Seats are limited, so be sure to reserve by phone at (919) 969-1155. $125 plus tax & gratuity.

New Zealand without Sauvignon Blanc @ The Granary
Jan 25 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

New Zealand – The country that singlehandedly placed Sauvignon Blanc in the wine center stage. Many only think of New Zealand as a country that produces the tropical fruit, crisp, citrusy, grassy Sauvignon Blancs that many like to quaff during summer months. But this country produces so much more – high-elevation Pinot Noir, minerally red blends made from Bordeaux varietals, and even crisp Sparkling wines made in the Champagne Method.
$50 includes wine, tasting plate, service fee and tax. Reserve at 919.542.2121.
